Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Marketing and Promotion: Spread the word and amplify our message across digital and traditional channels.

  • Event Planning and Logistics: Help bring our vision to life by coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring every detail is perfect/

  • Speaker Recruitment: Identify and recruit dynamic speakers who will educate, inspire, and entertain our attendees.

  • Sponsorship Acquisition: Cultivate relationships with potential sponsors and secure vital support for our event.

  • On-Site Support: From registration to hospitality, be the welcoming face of the Conference and ensure every attendee feels valued and supported.

  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Assist with thank-you letters, feedback collection, and other essential tasks to ensure a seamless wrap-up and set the stage for the success of our future events.

  • Administration: Helping out with communications, managing registrations, and other tasks as needed.

  • Finance: Bookkeeping for the event. Payment of bills and collections of receivables. Financial reporting to the organizers.

  • Other cool tasks that we haven’t thought of yet - but you might!
